Sawmill
The process starts at the sawmill, where logs are processed into ready-to-use boards — the first step in transforming nature’s gift into timeless craftsmanship.
Cutting & Kiln Drying
Components are cut with precision, then dried in kiln ovens for twelve days to achieve an ideal 8% moisture content, ensuring maximum strength and stability.
Mill 1 – Precision Shaping
Stackline ensures straightness, Double Planer and Sanding Master smooth surfaces. QC 1 checks dimensions, color, and grain for export standards.
Mill 2 – Construction & Detailing
Tenoner, Mortiser, Spindle, and CNC machines connect and carve components with high-accuracy shaping and a perfect connection system.
Assembling & Finishing
QC Setting verifies color and texture before systematic assembly. Finishing brings wood tones to life and adds a protective coating for endurance.
Final Inspection & Export
Strict Final QC tests strength, dimensions, and appearance. Approved items are packed to eco-friendly export standards for global delivery.
